Spencer Slaine is the Managing Partner of Slaine Holdings, a family office focused on investments in consumer brands and selective opportunities across technology and services. He recently held the position of President of North America at Minesoft, LLC. Prior roles include Director of Sales at Clarivate (NYSE: CLVT) and Vice President at CPA Global. Earlier in his career, he led the North American sales expansion for ipan/Delegate Group.

Since 2016, Spencer has been a shareholder and executive involved in three private equity transactions totaling over twelve billion dollars. Since 2019, Spencer has invested across consumer packaged goods and emerging brands including Poppi, OLIPOP, Bubble Skincare, GOODLES, Jesse & Ben's and Varo Bank. Spencer also maintains select LP positions with leading investment firms, including Warburg Pincus and Springdale Ventures.

He is a Founding Member of The Angel Group, an early-stage CPG investing community, and has also been involved in multiple hospitality ventures in New York and Miami.

Spencer resides in Miami Beach with his wife Liz and their son Asher.
